Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our New Albany, OH team at Smiths Mill Health Campus. You will provide daily nursing care per each resident's plan of care and offer companionship, comfort, and encouragement to residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes in residents’ conditions, and collaborating with caregivers to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Education

High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred

Active state CNA Certification
