Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Liberty Township, Ohio is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work alongside caregivers, delivering daily nursing care and services per each resident's plan of care, while offering companionship and encouragement.

You will assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities; observe changes in condition and report them; collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and safety; and help maintain a warm, respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Must have active state CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
