• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of a state-approved CNA program and pass a state competency exam within 120 days of employment; name entered into state nurse aide registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and position changes using proper body mechanics and lift devices.
