Salemtowne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist in clinic operations within the scope of practice and promote resident comfort. You will perform personal care and support services, observe and document observations, and help with meals and transportation as needed.

Responsibilities include documenting care in the electronic health record, triaging requests with nursing staff, and maintaining a safe, confidential environment in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• North Carolina CNA Certification with clean registry.
• Certified in CPR by ARC or AHA.

Responsabilités

• Provides personal care per care plan (bathing, feeding, mobility, dressing, etc.).
• Documents care delivered in the electronic health record.
• Takes resident weights and assists with appointments as needed.
• Triages client/resident requests with Nurse Supervisor or Physician.
• Maintains safe, clean living areas and HIPAA compliance.
