Job summary

Green Oaks of Goshen is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care under each resident's plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and maintain dignity while building strong relationships with residents and their families.

Daily tasks include reporting health changes to the clinical team, engaging in ongoing education, and ensuring confidentiality. The role supports growth opportunities and a balanced work-life environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per the resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other sessions.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules regarding resident information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
