Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Goshen, IN is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our 1st shift team. You will provide individualized resident care, assist with daily living activities, and report health changes to the clinical team. Strong communication with residents and families is essential, along with maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
