Job summary

Majestic Care Goshen seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care to residents and support the nursing team. The CNA assists with daily living activities, upholds compassionate care, and helps residents maintain independence in a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Certified and state tested as a CNA in the state employed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to residents' call lights to provide safety and comfort.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair to dining, lobby, and activities.
• Report significant findings/observations to the nurse promptly.
• Assist residents on admission, transfer, and discharge to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of resident rooms and belongings.
• Practice infection control and respect resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide restorative care to prevent pressure sores and complications.
