Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies.
