Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CNA program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Take and record temperature, BP, pulse, and respiration as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support dining, housekeeping, and daily activities.
• Communicate observations to care team and families as needed.
• Promote safety and independence for residents.
