Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred).
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of CNA responsibilities under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and equipment placement.
• Keep residents dry and change gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
• Handle linens and maintain infection control in rooms and common areas.
• Assist with bowel and bladder functions and daily mobility.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities; assist transfers.
• Perform restorative procedures and accurately measure vital signs as instructed.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to supervising nurse.
