Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support independence.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation using safe techniques.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and comfortable.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
