Job summary

Heritage Woods of Watseka in Watseka, IL is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide resident-centered care according to each care plan. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health changes and report to the clinical team while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Ability to work across departments and adapt to daily needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered care per each care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Support with laundry and memory care activities as needed.
• Report health changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families to provide a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
