Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Watseka, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at Heritage Woods of Watseka. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and report changes to the clinical team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, dignity-based approach are essential.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
