Reflections Retirement Community in Watseka, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at Heritage Woods of Watseka. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and report changes to the clinical team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, dignity-based approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification from an accredited program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance at seminars and staff meetings
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
