Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Watseka, IL seeks a Part-Time CNA for the 2nd shift to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in line with each resident’s care plan.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health changes, and communicate with residents and families with dignity while maintaining privacy and engaging in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification from an accredited program.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

QualificationsQualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
