St. Elizabeth Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Clerical Assistant (CNA/CA) for part-time shifts in Med Surg.

The role combines patient care support with clerical duties, requiring flexibility with 7:00AM-3:00PM and 3:00PM-11:00PM shifts and every other weekend/holiday rotation. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, processing worklists under licensed staff, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while delivering compassionate care

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of applicable state courses and CNA certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain clerical functions for a designated unit.
• Greet patients/visitors and answer telephone using strong customer service.
• Complete worklist tasks under licensed nursing personnel supervision.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN direction.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment.
