Gundersen Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic resident care under supervision. You will assist with nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility and safety, documenting care and communicating with the health care team. This role supports residents at St. Elizabeth’s and aligns with our Love + Medicine philosophy.

The position is 0.85 FTE (34 hours per pay period), typically day shift, with 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend plus every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic care for residents in the areas of nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility and safety under general supervision of LPN or RN.
• Collaborate with the health care team to communicate and document accurate information.
• Join a team that cares for each other as much as our organization cares for the patients and residents receiving care at St. Elizabeth’s.
