Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain clerical tasks for the Med Surg unit.
• Greet patients/visitors and answer calls with good customer service.
• Complete worklist tasks triggered by physician orders or nursing staff.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Show respect, dignity, kindness and empathy to patients, families and staff.
