Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant Clerical Assistant (CNA/CA) for the ICU at Florence Hospital. Shift is 7P-7A, 12 hours per week with every-other-weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include coordinating unit clerical tasks, greeting patients, handling calls, and assisting with activities of daily living under licensed staff supervision. Requires high school diploma or GED, CPR, and state CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Certified CNA in the state of work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain clerical duties for the unit.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Complete worklist tasks generated by physician orders or nursing staff.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment.
