Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Per Diem home health aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The role includes per-diem and full-time hours, with an hourly salary range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

The caregiver will report to the Health & Wellness Director and provide comprehensive resident care in a compassionate, community-focused environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining resident dignity, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge of working with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during your shift.
