Job summary

Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate home health care in Pikeville, TN. You will provide patient-centered care in a 1:1 setting under RN supervision, ensuring safety and dignity for clients.

You will document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with activities of daily living, and thrive in a supportive team with values of empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid CNA certification as required by state licensure
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform transfer and mobility tasks

Responsibilities

Office Location: Chattanooga, TN

Coverage area: Pikeville, TN

Schedule: Full-Time; Days

• Adult Case (smoking home)
• ADL's & Transfers
• Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
