Job summary

Adoration Health Private Duty CNA position in Gallatin, TN, requires delivering patient-centered care to clients in their homes under RN supervision. You’ll document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with personal care, hygiene, feeding, and mobility, and support light home management tasks in a 1:1 setting.

The role offers full-time day and night schedules with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a growing company affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or state-licensure as CNA/Home Health Care Aide.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.

• Pediatrics Case
• ADL's
• Monday - Friday 5:30am - 7:30am then 5:00pm - 8:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 10:00am then 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
