Job summary

Adoration Private Duty in Knoxville, TN is seeking a compassionate Private Duty CNA to provide expert, patient-centered care in the home setting. Schedule is Full-Time with days that accommodate school commitments, covering key shifts in Knoxville, TN.

You will work under RN supervision, document using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with personal care and home tasks, and support patients with hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification per state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and related tasks.
• Home management includes basic housekeeping, shopping, and related tasks.

Schedule: Full-Time; Days (attends school with patient).

• Pediatric Case
• ADL's
• Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm

• Home management includes tasks such as basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years.
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care.
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.
