Job summary

Adoration Health in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver patient-centered home care under RN supervision.

You will document in HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with personal care and home management tasks, and partner with a flexible team to support patients and families in a home care setting.

This full-time role offers stable hours, growth opportunities, and a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record per agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Aide licensure as required by state.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks.
• Support basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation and health monitoring.

• Pediatric Case

• Sunday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
