Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty CNA to deliver patient-centered home care in Gallatin, TN. The role involves 1:1 patient support, documentation in EMR, and assisting with personal care and home tasks in a family-centered setting.

Responsibilities include supervising care under a RN, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality care with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide.
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks.

• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks.

Schedule: Full-Time; Days

• Pediatric Case
• ADL's
• will attend school with patient
• 35hrs during school, 50hrs when on vacation from school
