Job summary

Adoration Health in Pikeville, TN seeks a Private Duty CNA to deliver patient-centered home health care under RN supervision. You will perform ADLs and support patients with daily tasks in their homes.

As a full-time role, you will benefit from flexible scheduling, meaningful patient relationships, and growth opportunities within a trusted home health organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• CNA certification per state licensure where required
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform sit/stand/walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision
• Document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist with personal care or home management tasks
• Support basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
• Handle home management tasks including housekeeping and shopping

Schedule

Full-Time ; Days

• Adult Case (smoking home)
• ADL's & Transfers
• Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
