Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Gallatin, TN. The role focuses on 1:1 patient care, ADL assistance, and home health support in a Mullins area coverage with school and day hours as described.

You will work under a Registered Nurse, maintain accurate records in HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and help with basic personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and safety in a private duty setting.

Qualifications

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using appropriate EMR.
• Assist with personal care and home management tasks.
• Utilize proper body mechanics and safety during lifting (up to 75 lbs).

Office Location: Murfreesboro, TNCoverage area: Gallatin, TN (Summer County)

Schedule: Full-Time; Days

• Pediatric Case
• ADL's
• will attend school with patient (35hrs during school, 50hrs when on vacation from school)
• school hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
• out of school hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm or 7:00pm - 10:00pm

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
