Job summary

Adoration Health, through Adoration Private Duty, is seeking a dedicated Private Duty CNA to join our Nashville team. This role focuses on 1:1 patient care in a home setting, with daytime hours and close RN supervision.

Ideal candidates are CNA-certified, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You will document care using the specified EMR and provide compassionate, patient-centered services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification or state licensure as CNA/Home Health Care Aide
• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for periods of time

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks
• Support basic hygiene, feeding, mobility, and health monitoring

Coverage area: Nashville, TN

Schedule: Full-Time ; Days

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
