Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in Memphis, TN. The role supports RN supervision with flexible full-time day shifts, emphasizing independence and team backing in a home care setting.

The position requires CNA licensure, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, valid driver's license, and 18+ years of age, with benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and basic health monitoring.
• Perform basic housekeeping and shopping as part of home management.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
