Job summary

Adoration Health in Memphis, TN seeks a Private Duty CNA to deliver one-to-one, patient-centered care in home settings under RN supervision. You will assist with personal care, monitor health, and document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, supporting families with daily tasks. Office location Cordova, with coverage in Memphis area.

The role offers Full-Time days (Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00am–5:00pm) with opportunities for growth within a supportive team and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics; lift up to 75 lbs; sit, stand, and walk for periods of time

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
