Job summary

Adoration Health in Nashville, TN is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time day shift. You will provide one-on-one patient care under RN supervision, document with HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assist with personal care and home management tasks.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs; we offer flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certification as CNA or state licensure as a CNA/Home Health Aide where required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; ability to sit, stand and walk for periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation and health monitoring.
• Perform basic housekeeping and related home tasks as part of home management.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
