Job summary

Allpro Homecare is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing quality non-medical homecare to veterans in Rhode Island. The role offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, supportive staff, and online training to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while ensuring safety and quality in client care.

Qualifications

• Current state license in good standing as a CNA.
• 1 year caregiver experience in hospital, nursing home, other facility or homecare agency setting.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass Rhode Island's National background check.
• State-required Flu Shot (annually thereafter).
• State-required Hepatitis B Shot.
• State-required Immunization Record (Flu, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, COVID).
• State-required Birth Certification upload.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client).
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan
