Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, Tennessee is looking for a compassionate CNA to join our care team. You will support residents with activities of daily living and coordinate with nurses to deliver high-quality, respectful care.

This full-time night shift position (7p–7a) includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, DailyPay, PTO, and a supportive team that treats you like family.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
