Job summary

Adamsville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Night Shift CNA to support residents with daily living activities and care tasks. The role includes feeding assistance, documentation, and coordination with nursing staff.

Eligible candidates hold an active Tennessee CNA license and CPR/BLS certification. This is a full-time hourly role with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits in a team-focused environment.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Adamsville Healthcare & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
