Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs for the night shift in Henderson, Tennessee. The role supports residents with daily living activities, meal service, and documentation of care, under supervision.

The team emphasizes compassion and reliability, with a focused care plan approach. A Tennessee CNA license and CPR/BLS certification are required, alongside a strong teamwork mindset for our 7 PM to 7 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification for Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications

CNA Position Summary
