Job summary

Adamsville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Night Shift CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care alongside a dedicated care team in Adamsville, Tennessee. You will assist with activities of daily living, coordinate dining services, and report changes to the nurse supervisor.

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits with a supportive team. Active TN CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery and feeding assistance; document meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors affecting performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written and electronic form.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Adamsville Healthcare & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
