Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate CNA for night shift (7 PM–7 AM) in Henderson, Tennessee. This role includes direct resident care, ADL assistance, dining coordination, and thorough documentation. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and meal intake documentation.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Position Summary
