Complete Care at Meriden is hiring a CNA to provide essential daily care for residents recently discharged or in long-term care. You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, monitoring, feeding support, and companionship, while documenting care in our software system.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Connecticut as a CNA.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: reposition, bed transfers, assist to chairs and walking safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, participate in activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional safety.
• Document: enter care details into our software system.
