Job summary

Complete Care - Connecticut in Windsor, CT is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, weekends or PRN positions to care for residents recently discharged and long-term clients.

We offer daily pay options and a $2/hr premium for those who opt out of benefits, plus medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401K, and paid time off. Tuition reimbursement of $5k per year supports career growth, with recognition programs and member discounts on travel and local services.

Qualifications

• Certified to work as a CNA in Connecticut.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and toileting.
• Assist with mobility: repositioning, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Monitor vitals and report changes in health status.
• Assist with meals and hydration, encouraging fluids.
• Perform living assistance tasks and housekeeping to support comfort.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Document care provided in the software system.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond
• Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
