Job summary

Cypress Village in Jacksonville, FL, is hiring Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a dedicated team in a 120-acre, lakefront senior living community. You will provide quality nursing care, help with hygiene, feeding, bathing, and dressing while following RN/LPN plans.

Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401K. Flexible schedule with day and night shifts; weekend availability is required. Current Florida CNA license and CPR certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Must have/obtain CNA license in Florida.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document services provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-nursing care to residents, assist with hygiene needs, feeding, bathing and dressing.
• Measure and record temperatures and blood pressures.
• Observe and record resident responses to medications and treatments.
• Participate in prioritizing residents and unit activities.
• Follow care plans set forth by RN/LPN.
• Document daily ADLs and communicate pertinent information to RN/LPN.
• Exhibit empathy, dignity, and respect for resident wellbeing.
• Uniforms provided; PTO and benefits offered.

• Full time- Part time- PRN
• Day/ night shift available
• Salary: $17.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Must have a current nursing assistant license (CNA) in the state of Florida
One year of C N A experience preferred
Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
