Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Eagle’s Trace, a continuing care retirement community in West Houston, Texas. The role supports residents with daily living and person-centered care, following individualized care plans and fostering comfort and belonging.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of CNA/GNA experience, a valid state CNA certification, CPR certification preferred, and must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure timely addressing of residents’ needs.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Available shifts:

• Part time / 24 hrs Morning 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Part time / 16 hrs Evening 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Part time / 8 hrs Nights 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range starting at $15.00 per hour.

How you will make an impact

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
