Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dyersburg, TN seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team in caring for residents in a skilled nursing environment.

We offer full-time or PRN positions with a $3,000 bonus for full-time staff, competitive pay, shift differential, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401(k). You will support daily living activities and monitor resident well-being with our nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, assisting with daily living activities.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding.

Full-Time or PRN | $3,000 Bonus | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

$3,000 Bonus for Full-time!

CNA Requirements

• -Active CNA Certification in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

CNA Responsibilities

• -Provide direct professional careto residents, including assistant with activities of daily living
• -Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• -Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
• -Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisors
• -Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed
• -Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
• -Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort
• -Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts
• -Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members
• -Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs
