Job summary

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Per Diem or PRN positions available, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed.

You will work closely with licensed staff to provide daily living assistance, monitor vitals, and support resident comfort and safety. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs during meals and hydration.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Document care accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

CNA Requirements

• -Active CNA Certification in Tennessee
