Job summary

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dyersburg, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team for evening and night shifts. You will work with our nursing staff to support residents in daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help ensure comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Hiring for evening and night shifts ( 3-11, 11-7)

CNA Requirements

• -Active CNA Certification in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
