Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment including beds and linens.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to call lights and urgent needs.

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependableCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Hiring for days (7a-7p) & nights (7p-7a)!

CNA Requirements:

• Active CNA Certification in Tennessee
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide direct professional careto residents, including assistant with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
