Benchmark Senior Living at Chelmsford Crossing is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to provide high-quality care to residents in a home-like setting.

The role supports residents with daily activities, documentation, and engagement, with shifts available Pre-diem, part time, and full time across all shifts. Prior experience with dementia is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA certification or license required
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Comfort working with residents including those with dementia

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Use customer service skills to ensure high-quality care
• Perform additional duties as needed

Chelmsford Crossings is looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Pre-diem, Part time, Full time All shifts

$18.75-20/HR

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.


• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.


• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.


• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required


• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required


• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
