Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook in Acton, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care in a warm, home-like setting. Per diem shifts are available with some weekend availability required.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and document care while reporting changes to staff and engaging residents in meaningful activities. _valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
• Per diem shifts available; some weekend availability is required.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Available Shifts:

Per Diem Hours Available some weekend availability is required

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
