Job summary

Wellsential Health in Edinburg, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a full-time night shift (10pm–6am) at Windsor Arbor View. You will assist residents with ADLs, take vital signs, and support a patient-centered care plan.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
