Wellsential Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Weslaco in Weslaco, TX. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support daily activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands‑on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
