Job summary

Wellsental Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support Starr County Nursing and Transitional Care in Rio Grande City, TX. This full-time role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow your nursing career.

You will assist residents with ADLs, take vital signs, document care, and work closely with RN/LVN staff to ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP).
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
